At that time, the manufacturer will be on site The requested additional time will allow not only for the start W, but any minor adjustments that may be needed and time for the City to provide the District with a final invoice including all necessary documentation The City has acknowledged that the revised completion date, December 30, 2009, will be adequate and understand that there will be no further time extensions for completion of this Project. It has been determined that the best way to ensure the Florida Forever Funding is to do a Change Order to the Contract. SCHEDULE/WORK ORDER AMOUNT IMPACTS: (g Extend the completion date from September 30 2009 to December 30 2009 (impact on schedule: 90 days) ❑ The completion date of will not be affected by this change order.
