and holder of a certain lien resulting from the enactment of City Ordinance Number 2009-
4196, as recorded in Official Records Book 7305, Pages 804 through 815 of the Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida, and the adoption of City Resolution Number 2201, as
recorded in Official Records Book 7462, Pages 1956 through 1960 of the Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida, upon the property situate in said State and County described as
follows, to wit:
