Ms. Dennison moved to approve the Minutes of the January 17, 2008 Regular Meeting. Mr. Huber seconded. All in favor.
Motion carried 5-0.
PROOF OF PUBLICATION
Mr. Huber moved to accept the proof of publication. Mr. Yolk seconded. All in favor. Motion carried 5..0.
PUBLIC HEARINGS

Present to speak in favor of the request were John Miller (18th Street Park Powerpoint presentation), Scott Whitney (Save
the 18th Street Park DVD presentation), Henry Sweet, Sylvia Smith, Mike Barr, Wanda Chandler, and Leslie McGilvray.
Mr. Green moved to recommend approval to the City Commission. Mr. Huber seconded. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0.
