MINUTES Mr. Yolk moved to approve the Minutes of the Aprill?, 2008 Regular Meeting. Mr. Huber seconded. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. PROOF OF PUBLICATION Ms. Dennison moved to accept the proof of publications. Mr. Kutz seconded. All in favor~ Motion carried 6-0. PUBLIC HEARINGS Hold a Public Hearing to consider a Conditional Use request for a 200 unit multi-family apartment complex located at 2205 W. Seminole Boulevard~ The Spanos Corp, property owner; Irene Boyles, Project Manager-CPR Engineers, Inc. and Hardy Gillespie-The Spanos Corporation representatives. Virgil Hurley was present to speak~ His concerns were traffic flow, sewer capacity and road improvements for Terwilliger Lane. Mr. Yolk moved to approve the conditional use per staffs recommendation with the following changes to the conditions: 1) applicant is to work with staff in regards to the sidewalk crossings and 2) a condition placed in the Development Order stating the applicant is to pay 50% of road improvements to Terwilleger Lane when the property to the west is developed. Ms. Dennison seconded~ Motion carried 4-2, with Mr. Kutz and Mr. Huber in opposition. Hold a Public Hearing to consider a Variance request to allow a six foot galvanized chain link fence in the front yard for Southern Cross Industrial Park located at 2511 Beardall Avenue. Delphini Industrial Park at Southern Cross, LLC, property owner; Ken Delp, President-Delphini Construction, Inc., representative~ Mr. Kutz moved to approve the variance to allow a six foot galvanized chain link fence with three strands of barbed wire on top for the industrial property. Mr. Huber seconded. Motion carried 5-1, with Mr. Green in opposition.
