Agreement dated May 13,2013,between CDM Smith Inc.(Vendor)and City of Sanford(City)for professional services.
The terms of the original agreement,referenced above,are hereby amended as follows:
Additional funds of $49,511.04 have now been authorized at the billing rate of $95.16. This increases the total
Maximum Limiting Amount to$150,000.00.
Except as hereby modified,amended or changed,all of the terms and conditions of said original agreement thereto
will remain in full force and effect.
