Speaking Before the City Commission. There is a three (3) minutes time limit
for each speaker on each item, except a person representing an organization
and presenting its views during a quasi - judicial hearing will be allowed five (5)
minutes, and a person speaking under Citizen Participation will also be allowed
five (5) minutes. Your cooperation is appreciated in observing the time limit
policy. Each person desiring to address the City Commission on an agenda item
pending before the City Commission must, before addressing the City
Commission, legibly complete a citizen's input form and submit the form to the
City Clerk or designee.

7) CONSENT AGENDA: The action proposed to be taken is stated for each

A. Approve the Interlocal Agreement between Seminole County and
the City of Sanford for the SunRail Station Maintenance,
B. Approve the procurement of an F -450 truck from Duval Ford Fleet
Sales in an amount not to exceed $66,159 and approve disposition

C. Award bid to Ranger Construction Industries, Inc. and approve the
procurement for asphalt millings for the Alley Rehab Project in an
amount not to exceed $104,000.
D. Approve purchase order to Turning Water Industries Corporation

Greg Piecora introduced himself and said that he is opening a
microbrewery business and signing a lease this week for the old Stokes Fish Market
building at 419 Sanford Avenue.
Moire Wisdom said that she has owned a bar in downtown Sanford for
almost seven years, has invested in Sanford, and is serious about staying. Regarding the
Sanford Avenue streetscape project, she asked that Cypress Avenue be made safe and
asked for a police presence until that project is finished. Mayor Triplett said that
discussions regarding the project are ongoing and will continue when Staff meets with
Sanford Avenue business owners tomorrow at 3:00.
