Greg Piecora introduced himself and said that he is opening a microbrewery business and signing a lease this week for the old Stokes Fish Market building at 419 Sanford Avenue. Moire Wisdom said that she has owned a bar in downtown Sanford for almost seven years, has invested in Sanford, and is serious about staying. Regarding the Sanford Avenue streetscape project, she asked that Cypress Avenue be made safe and asked for a police presence until that project is finished. Mayor Triplett said that discussions regarding the project are ongoing and will continue when Staff meets with Sanford Avenue business owners tomorrow at 3:00. 14) CITY COMMISSIONER'S REPORTS.
