You are hereby notified to commence WORK in accordance with the Agreement dated
January 14, 2014 . This Notice authorizes the CONTRACTOR to commence
construction on the above date and, in accordance with the Agreement, all work shall be
substantially complete within 90 calendar days of the date of this Notice to Proceed. Therefore,
the date of substantial completion is May 25, 2014. The date of Final completion is June 24,
2014 .
