Dear Mr. Richardson
On June 10, 2008, the Seminole Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved
renaming Bevier Road in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. The street name change is now
effective. The address number (700) for the subject property will not change, only the
street name has changed from Bevier Road to Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard.
The Post Office will forward mail addressed to Bevier Road forat least one year. The
City of Sanford will notify all applicable government agencies and utility companies of the
addressing change including the U.S. Post Office. However, it will be necessary for you to
contact all business and personal correspondents regarding the new street name. If this is
rental property, it will be necessary for you to notify each tenant of the address change.
