REGULAR MEETING
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular
Meeting on Monday, September 23, 2013, at 7 PM, in the City Commission Chambers,
City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida.

• Proclamation — Red Ribbon Week 2013
Mayor Triplett read and presented the Proclamation to John Gionet, Unit
Commander, Orlando Devil Dog Young Marines. In return, Mr. Gionet presented the
City a certificate of appreciation for supporting the Young Marines Red Ribbon Week
Campaign to promote drug awareness.

C. Approve a $30,000 increase to the FY 2013 existing blanket
purchase order to Ten -8 Fire Equipment for apparatus maintenance.
D. Approve blanket purchase order to SSI Petroleum, Inc. for diesel fuel
delivery in the amount of $87,000 for FY 2014.
E. Approve blanket purchase order to Fisher Scientific Company, LLC for
Fire Department protective clothing in an amount up to $80,000 for FY
2014
F. Approve blanket purchase order to Bound Tree Medical, Inc. for
emergency medical supplies in the amount of $77,000 for FY 2014
G. Approve blanket purchase order to Ten -8 Fire Equipment for
apparatus maintenance up to the amount of $125,000 for FY 2014.
