Approve Amendment 1 to SRF Loan Agreement WW590131 for wastewater treatment plant improvements and authorize the Mayor and City Attorney to execute the required documents. D. Approve the special event permit with street closure, an alcohol permit and a noise permit for the "Putin on the Ritz — the Roaring 20's Event ". E. Approve staff rankings and award the Construction, Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services associated with the Persimmon f Avenue Local Agency Program (LAP) Sidewalk Project to CPH Engineers. Vice Mayor Williams moved to extend the agreement between the City of Sanford, Florida and Alcalde & Fay, Ltd., until June 30, 2014, and to invite company representatives to make a presentation at the next Work Session to share what future services the company can provide the City of Sanford.
