The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Flori~ met in Work Session on Monday, April 23, 2007, at 5 PM.

Mayor Kuhn called the Work Session to order at 5:05 PM.
1)
Sister City Program. [Commission Memo 07-118]
There was a consensus of the Commission to defer action on appointing a Sister Cities Committee until July.
2) Increased State Revolving Fund Loan. [Commission Memo 07-121]
The Commission briefly discussed the increase to the first draw from the Florida Department of Environmental
Protection State Revolving Fund Loan for stormwater projects.
3) Presentation - Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. [Commission Memo 07- 119]
Ron Conrad, Cherry, Bekaert, & Holland, LLP, presented the Report for the period ending September 30,2006.
4) Agenda Items - additional information and/or questions.
City Clerk Janet Dougherty distributed a memo regarding the need to continue Public Hearing Item 7)E),
regarding the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 4050, and 7)F), regarding the second reading and adoption of
Ordinance No. 4051, to the meeting of May 14,2007.
The Commission discussed Public Hearing Item 7)D) regarding amending City Code Chapter Two regarding
residency requirements for board members.
5) End the Meeting.
Mayor Kuhn adjourned the Work Session at 5:43 PM.
