Moment of Silence Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes Mr. Loader moved to approve the September 18, 2014 Meeting Minutes. Ms. Oyewale seconded. Motion carried 5 -0 Development Plans DP -1 Consider the Revised Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Brisson West, a residential development located at 3890 Brisson Avenue. Serengeti Properties, LLC, property owner; William C. Fogle, P.E. — The Civil Design Group, Inc., Engineer; Bill Barfield, representative. Mr. Esler moved to approve the request to amend the Preliminary Subdivision Plan for the Brisson West Planned Development to increase the number of 75 foot lots but deny the request to reduce the side yard setbacks based on staff s recommendation, which includes the six conditions. Ms. Oyewale seconded. Motion carried 5 -0. Citizen Participation None. Planning and Zoning Commission October 2, 2014 Meeting Minutes Page 2 Staff Reports A preliminary report on Architectural Elevation Standards was distributed and discussed. The consensus of the board was to review some standards at the October 16 meeting. Staff was also asked to research tree mitigation from other jurisdictions. Staff informed the board a joint meeting with the City Commission was being considered for the October 13 meeting, but nothing has been scheduled at this time. Mr. Mills informed staff he would not be available for the October 27 City Commission meeting. Commission Reports None.
