Mr. Mills called the Work Session to order at 10:04 AM.

Briefing Items
Mr. Gibson introduced the City's new Planner, Sabreena Colbert. Mr. Gibson gave a presentation/information
on the various Overlay Districts within the City.
Staff Report
Mr. Gibson distributed the following information:
1. Sanford SunRail Station Area Study Plan public open house workshop on Wednesday, March 12
between 6 -8 PM at 919 Persimmon Avenue, along with a survey by the consultant seeking feedback
from the community;
2. Beyond 1 -4 PD &E Reevaluation Study public meeting on Thursday, March 20' between 5:30 -7:30
PM at the Hyatt Place in Lake Mary;
3. Sanford SunRail Station train tour event on Saturda April 5 between 2 -4 PM;
4. SunRail's Grand Opening on Wednesday, April 30 at 11 AM at the Sand Lake Station,
Mr. Gibson gave an update regarding the maintenance of medians along 17/92.
