Elect Chairman and Vice Chairman Mr. Robert nominated Bobby V onHerbulis to serve as Chairman and Carol Dennison to serve as Vice Chairman. Mr. Y osefian seconded. Motion carried 9-0. Minutes Mr. Robert moved to approve the Minutes of the November 6, 2008 Regular Meeting. Mr. Volk seconded. Motion carried 9-0. Proof of Publication Ms. Dennison moved to accept the proof of publication. Mr. Robert seconded. Motion carried 9-0. Public Hearing Hold a Public Hearing to consider proposed amendments to the City of Sanford Land Development Regulations, Article III, Procedures for Development Approval; Antonia Gerli, Principal Planner - City of Sanford, representative. Ms. Dennison moved to recommend approval to the City Commission per staffs recommendation. Mr. Robert seconded. Motion carried 9-0. Mr. Robert moved to recommend approval to the City Commission per staff s recommendation. Mr. Y osefian seconded. Motion carried 9-0. Staff Reports A staff report was included in the agenda packet. Mr. Robertson informed the board Mr. Garrett has been appointed to serve on the Community Redevelopment Agency board and this is his last meeting for the Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Y osefian moved to request a plaque to be issued to Mr. Garrett thanking him for his years of service. Mr. Robert seconded. Motion carried. Citizen Participation None. Commissioners Reports None. Adjournment There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:24 AM.
