Although several development projects are in review at this time, the October 18, 2007 meeting
has been canceled to accord the applicants additional time to submit the required information for
Commission review. The next regularly scheduled meeting is November 1, 2007 at 6 PM.
ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC. If a person decides to appeal a decision made with respect to any
matter considered at the above meeting or hearing, he may need a verbatim record of the
proceedings including the testimony and evidence, which record is not provided by the City of
