The following rights are also granted: ingress to and egress to and from said easement area at all reasonable times; and the right, but not the obligation, to clear the easement area and keep it cleared of all trees, undergrowth, or other obstructions. To have and to hold the above granted easement unto the City forever. 1 To the extent permitted by State law, the City agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the SAA for damages to the facilities of the SAA caused by the City and for all negligent acts and omissions of the City.
