Mr. Robert called the meeting to order at 7:04 P.M.

Ms. Dennison moved to approve the Minutes of the July 7, 2005 Regular Meeting. Mr. Volk seconded. All in
favor. Motion carried.
PROOF OF PUBLICATION
Mr. VonHerbuhs moved to accept the proof of publication for the Public Hearing being considered. Ms.
Dennison seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.
PUBLIC HEARING.
Hold a Public Hearing to consider proposed amendments to the City of Sanford Land Development
Regulations.

Representatives: Larry Robertson., Development Services Manager and Antonia Gerli, Principal Planner -City of
Sanford
After discussion on the proposed amendments, Mr. Kutz moved to approve with discussed changes (Article II,
Land Use, Zoning and Performance Criteria: correct scrivener error under the RC -1 zoning classification and
Schedule F, section 4.0 Commercial Vehicles: allow trucks and equipment up to 7,500 pounds instead of
5,000 pounds). Mr. VonHerbulis seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.

Mr. Roberts stated that the church located at Laurel Avenue and 7 ffi Street has bright outside lights which shine
into the adjacent homes. Mr. Gibson stated that he would check it and report back.
