Mr. Kutz moved to approve the Conditional Use per staff s recommendation. Mr. VonHerbulis seconded. All in favor. Motion carried. PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MINUTES — MEETING OF APRIL 7 2005 PAGE 2 Consider a Conditional Use request for an Urban Infill Redevelopment Project for Park Avenue Cafe located at 1218 Park Avenue; 300 Magnolia LLC, owner, Mike Foster (for Joseph Mack), representative. Denny Gibbs was present to speak. She asked if the board would consider requiring a right turn only onto 13' Street from the alley. Mr, VonHerbulis moved to approve the Conditional Use per staff s recommendation with the addition that the applicant shall pave the existing alley from 13' Street to the north property line and applicant is to work with staff in regards to a right turn only onto 13 Street from the alley. Mr. Volk seconded. Mr_ Kutz abstained, all others in favor, Motion carried. Consider proposed amendments to the City of Sanford Land Development Regulations, Schedule P- Utilities Standards and Specifications for water Conservation; Antonia Gerli- Principal Planner and Bill Marcous- Utility Support Services Manager, representatives. After review of the proposed amendments, Mr. VonHerbulis moved to approve the proposed amendments to Schedule P with changes noted during the review of staff s printed material. Mr. Yosefian seconded. Mr. Lutz and Mr. Huber against, all others in favor. Motion carried. STAFF REPORTS. Mr. Robertson gave a brief update on the battery shop located at 25 h Street and Park Avenue. COMMISSIONERS REPORTS. None. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION. None. ADJOURNMENT. For purposes of this law, a "relative" includes only the officer's father, mother, son, daughter, husband, wife, brother, sister, father -in -law, mother -in --law, son -in -law, and daughter -in -law. A "business associate" means any person or entity engaged in or carrying on a business enterprise with the officer as a partner, joint venturer, coowner of property, or corporate shareholder (where the shares of the corporation are not listed on any national or regional stock exchange).
