MINUTES. Ms. Dennison moved to approve the Minutes of the September 2, 2004 Regular Meeting. Mr. Volk seconded. All in favor: Motion carried. PUBLIC HEARINGS. Consider a Conditional Use request to allow Automobile and Truck Repair at 2921 Orlando Drive, Suite 100 (Sanford Plaza) for Cottman Transmission; Paw Holdings, LLC, owner; Vincent Wolle -- Paw Holdings, LLC, representative. Mr. Skat moved to approve the Conditional Use request per staff's recommendation with minor site plan approval performed at staff level. Mr.. Kutz seconded. All in favor. Motion carried. COMMISSIONERS REPORTS. Mr Skat asked staff to check the area between 20 Street and 25 Street on Sanford Avenue for a possible tree service business being conducted from a residence. Mr. Skat asked staff to check on a vehicle, which appears to be abandoned, parked on the American Door property on W, I st Street. Mr. Skat asked about the status of the old Scotty's building since there were company vehicles in the parking lot. Mr. Gibson stated that he would check on these and report back. Commissioners of community redevelopment agencies under Sec. 153.355 or 153.357, F.S., and officers of independent special tax districts elected on a one -acre, one -vote basis are not prohibited from voting in that capacity. For purposes of this law, a "relative" includes only the officer's father, mother, son, daughter, husband, wife, brother, sister, father -in -law, mother - --law, son -in -law, and daughter -in -law. A "business associate" means any person or entity engaged in or carrying on a business enterprise with the officer as a partner, joint venturer, coowner of property, or corporate shareholder (where the shares of the corporation are not listed on any national or regional stock exchange). ELECTED OFFICERS: In addition to abstaining from voting in the situations described above, you must disclose the conflict: PRIOR TO THE VOTE BEING TAKEN by publicly stating to the assembly the nature of your interest in the measure on which you are abstaining from voting; and WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER THE VOTE OCCURS by completing and fling this form with the person responsible for recording the min- utes of the meeting, who should incorporate the form in the minutes.
