ORDER EXTENDING TIME FOR COMPLIANCE
THIS MATTER came on for hearing before the Special Magistrate on August 12, 2015
as a follow up to the Order entered in this case on June 30, 2015.
It is ORDERED, that:
At the request of the City, the deadline for the Respondent to bring the property into
compliance per the order previously entered in this case shall be extended to September 8,
2015. A hearing to determine whether Respondent has brought the property into compliance
is set for September 9, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers, 300 N. Park
Avenue, Sanford, Florida 32772. In the event Respondent does not bring the property into
compliance in a timely fashion, the fine set forth in the original order may be determined to
accrue from the deadline for compliance set forth in the original order.
Upon complying, the burden shall rest upon Respondent to IMMEDIATELY notify the Code
Enforcement Officer at (407) 688-5163; 300 N. Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida 32771,
Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., who shall re-inspect the property and
notify the Respondent whether the property is in compliance or noncompliance.
A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida, and shall constitute notice to any subsequent purchasers, successors in
interest, or assigns, and the findings herein shall be binding upon the Respondent(s), their
successors and /or assigns (including any purchasers of the Property).
