There was a consensus of the Commission to hire a contracted project manager for the Public Safety Complex_
project_ The Commission also agreed to hear presentations at the next meeting by four of the eight firms which responded to
the Construction Manager at Risk REP_

Acting City Manager Kristi Aday said that she would respond to the County regarding the Mayor's appointed
representatives to CAL■O_

Mayor Kuhn distributed a copy ofan email from Pat I- licks, Executive Director, Sanford Chamber of Commerce,
regarding its Sign Ordinance Task Force.
The Commission concurred. that Staff move forward with dealing with illegal signs_
