SUBJECT: Cancellation of February 19, 1998 Meeting
No public hearings or development plans have been scheduled for consideration at the regularly scheduled
Planning and Zoning Commission meeting of February 19, 1998. Therefore, after consultation with the
Chairman, the meeting has been cancelled. The next regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning
Commission scheduled for Thursday, March 5th will be held as usual with an agenda packet forwarded to
each commissioner as further notice of the meeting.
