Minutes Mr. Kutz moved to approve the Minutes of the December 17, 2009 Regular Meeting. Mr. Loader seconded. All in favor. Motion carried 4 -0. Proof of Publication Mr. VonHerbulis moved to accept the proof of publications. Mr. Loader seconded. All in favor. Motion carried 4 -0. Public Hearings Hold a Public Hearing to consider a Conditional Use for an Urban Infill Redevelopment project to allow two single family dwellings on a nonconforming parcel at 1017 Persimmon Avenue. Roumer and Robie Richemond, property owners. Due to a representative not being present, Mr. VonHerbulis moved to consider this item after Public Hearing Item 2. Mr. Kutz seconded. All in favor. Hold a Public Hearing to consider a Conditional Use for an Urban Infill Redevelopment project to allow two single family dwellings on a nonconforming parcel at 1017 Persimmon Avenue. Roumer and Robie Richemond, property owners; Robie and Roumer Richemond, representatives. Mr. Kutz moved to approve the Conditional Use for an family dwellings on a nonconforming parcel at 1011 VonHerbulis seconded. Motion carried 4 -0. Urban Infill Redevelopment project to allow two single Persimmon Avenue per staff's recommendation. Mr. Staff Reports A staff report was included in the agenda packet. Mr. Robertson informed the board there will not be a January 21 meeting. Citizen Participation None. Commissioners Reports None.
