Minutes Mr. Loader moved to approve the Minutes of the January 7, 2010 Regular Meeting. Mr. Green seconded. All in favor. Motion carried 5 -0. Mr. Green moved to approve the conditional use for an urban infill redevelopment project to allow the expansion of an existing non- conforming structure for Christian Fellowship Baptist Church at 1701 Bell Avenue per staffs recommendation. Mr. Mills seconded. Motion carried 5 -0. Mr. Mills moved to recommend the City Commission approve the request to extend the expiration date for the Lake Monroe Commerce Center PD (Ordinance No. 4142) at 1101 Monroe Road to November 9, 2016 per staff's recommendation. Mr. Loader seconded. Motion carried 5 -0. Staff Reports A staff report was included in the agenda packet. Citizen Participation None. Commissioners Reports Mr. Kutz questioned the fees associated with the St Johns Parkway project. Mr. Mills requested staff to provide a report on the St Johns Parkway project. Mr. Robertson stated he would provide them the information. Mr. Kutz requested copies of the Land Development Regulations as it pertains to Planned Developments and Urban Infill Projects.
