Gallahger Rudy Sloan- Members Absent: William Royster Sheila Roberts Jack Bridges George Willis Others Present: Al Payne, Zoning Director Mack Lazenby, City Engineer /Utility Director The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by the Chairman, J.Q. Galloway. The first item, a preliminary Plat of 3.86 acres for Ramblewood, Unit II, a part of Hidden Lake PUD, was cancelled by the proponent, David Meadows. The next item for discusssion was a site plan for Kentucky Fried Chicken in the GC -2 zoned district at 2939 Orlando Drive, at the site of the old Phillips '66 Station, represented by Paul Walsh. Mr. Walsh said application has been made to DOT for curb cuts and the landscaping will be legustrum with water oaks on the Airport Blvd. side. The signs will conform to the City Sign Ordinance. Mr. Sloan moved to approve the plan. Mr. Franklin seconded. Motion carried. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as mailed. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. J.
