The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by the Chairman,
J. Q. Galloway.
The first item was a request for a Home Occupation at 117 W. Wood-
land Drive for interior home painting, represented by Mr. Robert
M. Lewis. He explained that he will be using his car and will
store a small amount of equipment in his garage. Mr. Meyer moved
to approve the request. Mr. Sloan seconded. Motion carried.
The next request was for conditional use for an Auto Detail Shop
at 1317 Celery Ave. Item was tabled for lack of representation.
The next item for discussion was a site plan and request for a
conditional use for a Used Car Dealer in the GC -2 zoned district
at 2501 French Ave., represented by David Redwine. After discussion
on the type of business planned, Mr. Sloan moved to grant the con-
ditional use and approve the site plan. Mr. Franklin seconded.
Motion carried.
Mr. Carl Buccellato was present to reaffirm his intentions of com-
pliance with agreed conditions of operation at his Trucking Company
headquarters at 814 W. 13th St. After discussion it was generally
agreed that he intends to abide by the original agreement and en-
deavor to clear up any problems.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as mailed. There
being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
