The meeting was opened by the Chairman, Arthur Harris, at 8:00 P.M.
The first item on the agenda was to consider a site plan for Florida
Public Utilities at 6th. Street and Cedar Avenue, represented by
James Melvin. After reviewing the plan and discussion on the pro-
visions for the handicapped, Mr. Galloway moved to approve the plan,
Mr. Gischler seconded. Motion carried.
The next item for discussion was a request for a conditional use for
a used car sales at 2711 Orlando Drive, represented by Mr. Kondracki.
The area to be used for this use is the northerly 95 feet of the
property, with not over 45 cars on the lot. Mr. Galloway moved to
approve the conditional use, Mir Franklin seconded. Motion carried.
The next item was a request from the floor by Mrs. Carolyn McClanahan
to change the use of a garage constructed in the GC -2 District at
2821 Palmetto Avenue to a single family dwelling. After discussion
Mr. Gischler moved to approve, Mr. Galloway seconded. Motion carried.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved, as mailed.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
