The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Arthur Harris.
' The first site plan to be presented was for an addition to a
commercial building, American Rent -All, 602 W. 27th Street.
Mr. John Leffler was present to represent the request. After
discussion regarding parking spaces, paving, and landscaping,
Mr. Gischler moved to approve the plan, Mr. Karns seconded.
Motion carried.
The next item for discussion was a site plan and conditional use
for an Auto Repair and Used Auto Parts at 705 French Ave. The
members agreed that it is not a proper type business for this
area. 19r. Gischler moved to disapprove the request, Mr. Karns
seconded. Motion carried.
The next site plan to be presented was for a restaurant at the
southwest corner of 3rd St. and Sanford Avenue. Sarah Waldo
was present to represent the request. After discussion it was
agreed to accept the site plan as long as there is a letter
from Winn - Dixie, granting parking spaces as designated. Motion by
Mr. Karns to accept the plan, seconded by Mr. Gischler. Motion
carried.
The Memo from the Building Official and discussion of conditional
uses in the RKOI and MR -2 zoned districts were postponed until
next meeting, when there would be more members present.

There was a short discussion regarding a conditional use for a
sign at a Laundromat at Park & 12th St., and it was mentioned
that the Board would look favorably to a request for a conditional
use of ground sign in that area.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
