The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special
Meeting on Monday, April 5, 2010, at 4 PM, in the City Commission Chambers, City
Hall, 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida.

City Clerk Dougherty reported that no action is necessary on this item.
The agenda was prepared prior to receipt of Resolution No. 2175 and it allows the City
Clerk to do everything necessary along with the review and concurrence of the Assistant
City Attorney.
