09.03.70Minutes ZONING AND PLANNING September 3, 1970 City Commission Room City Hall Members Present: Art Harris, Chairman James Dycus Bert Hollingsworth Edward Blacksheare Members Absent: Donald Bishop Cal Conklin Jefferson Davis Bob Karns Others Present: L. J. Risner, Building Official Kermit Wallstedt, Building Inspector W. E. Knowles, City Manager Darwin Nutt Martin Gainer, City Planner The Public Hearing for rezoning requested by Garfield Walker received no official action by the Board due to the lack of a quorum. Chairman Harris set a new date for the Public Hearing on the next regular meeting of September 17, 1970. Mr. Darwin Nutt presented the topography and preliminary plat of the Hallmark Subdivision. Mr. Nutt advised the Board of several changes to improve the drainage and the street pattern. Mr. Nutt asked for a favorable approval of the preliminary plats.
