04.25.57ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
Meeting of April 25, 1957
Members present were: Messers. Brown, Faville, Karns,
McKibbin, Morgan, and Peacock.
Also present were: Building Inspector Yelvington and
City Manager Knowles.
Previous minutes of prior meetings were approved from a
report by Mr. McKibbin.
The request of Mr. Ted Williams, dated January 15, 1957,
was resubmitted to rezone from R -1 to C -N the following:
S.I. Conver Sub - division; the remaining portion
of Lot A; all of Lot B, less the south 150'; and
the remaining portion of the S.I. Conver Lot itself,
less the south 150'. For the purpose of enlarging
the existing storeroom.
Mr. McKibbin moved the approval of this request and that
it be recommended to the City Commission. Mr. Morgan seconded
the motion and it passed.
The City Manager reported that the three previous recom-
mendations had been approved and passed by the City Commission.
There being no further business at hand or discussion, Mr.
McKibbin moved the meeting adjourn. Motion seconded by Mr. Karns
and passed.
