Mr. Esler called the meeting to order at 10:10 AM.

Due to a lack of quorum, the Chairman asked for staff reports.
Staff Reports
Mr. Venny Torre of Torre Construction and Development, LLC gave the board an overview of
the goals and objectives for the Downtown/Waterfront Catalyst site as well as the community
workshop scheduled for Saturday, April 91n
Mr. Gibson informed the board about items listed on the Staff Report that was distributed at the
meeting. Mr. Gibson also provided the board with an invitation to the Seminole County Sports
Complex Grand Opening celebration scheduled for Friday, May 13, 2016 at 3450 E. Lake Mary
Boulevard.
Next Meeting
Mr. Mills made a motion to continue the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting and public
hearings scheduled for April 7, 2016 to their next regularly scheduled meeting on May 5, 2016.
Motion seconded by Mr. Loader. Motion carried unanimously.
