Approve a $15,000 increase to existing blanket purchase order #34593 issued to Paul's Auto and Truck and Repair for apparatus maintenance. B. Approve procurement of Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $191,672.66 for Celery Key Subdivision road rehab project. C. Approve the Consent Order with FDEP concerning interim total phosphorus and total nitrogen levels in reclaimed water during construction of treatment facility improvements and authorize the Mayor to sign the Order. D. Approve Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County relating to cooperative and collaborative use of facilities and special event activities, authorizing the City Manager to enter memorandums of understanding with the County, subject to review and approval by the City Manager and City Attorney. Mr. Bonaparte thanked the public for participation in the Charette that was held on Saturday regarding the catalyst site. 12) CITIZEN PARTICIPATION. Commissioner Woodruff asked two audience members (Boy Scouts) down to introduce themselves and state what merit badge they will be receiving after attending tonight's meeting. Andre Melio and Ryan Clark stated that the merit badges are for Citizenship in the Community and Communications. 13) CITY COMMISSIONER'S REPORTS Commissioner Woodruff said that there is a group of citizens that have started a community clean up. He said that the next cleanup will be held in May. He also said that on Saturday, about 35 people (volunteers) primed and painted 7,500 lineal feet of siding for the Hopper Academy. And lastly, Commissioner Woodruff said that depending upon the outcome of the April 21' fundraising luncheon for the Hopper Academy, he may come before the Commission to ask for additional funding. CITY COMMISSION MINUTES APRIL 119 2016 REGULAR MEETING Commissioner Willhams said that last Saturday she participated in her first 5K. She thanked Leisure Services Director Mike Kirby and Leisure Services Manager Lisa Jones for a great Spring Fling event. She also thanked Commissioner Woodruff for all his hard work on the Hopper Academy and making it become a reality. There being no further business, the meeting was adjoutnned at 7:55 PM.
