The Mutual Aid Agreement between the Orange County Sheriffs Office and the City of Sanford,
Florida expires December 31, 2016. 1 am writing to suggest extending that date. If we agree in writing,
it may be extended up to 120 days. The written extension must be signed before December 31, 2016.
Therefore, if you concur with extending the existing agreement for a period of 120 days beginning
January 1, 2017, please sign below, scan the letter, and email it to Bernie Rice, OCSO General Counsel,
