A resolution was adopted by the City Commission of the City of Sanford recognizing the importance of civility, decency, decorum and respectful behavior in promoting citizen participation in a democratic government. CITY COMMISSION MINUTES 4) Presentations: MARCH 13, 2017 REGULAR MEETING • Presentation by Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy, representing Florida's Seventh Congressional District, which includes all of Seminole County and much of northern Orange County. • Presentation by Helen Miller, Regional Director, Office of U.S. Senator Bill Nelson. • Proclamation and Presentation of the Key to the City of Sanford to John Williams, President/COO Wayne Densch, Inc. • Proclamation — March 2017 as Problem Gambling Awareness Month. 5) Minutes: February 27, 2017 Work Session and Regular Meeting. 6) CONSENT AGENDA: The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. [Commission Memo 17-041] A. Approve a new Continuing Professional Services Agreement with the firms of Public Resources Management Group, Inc. (PRMG) and Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. for consulting services. B. Approve the special event permit with an alcohol and noise permit for the 'Hooters Regional Swimsuit Pageant' to be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017. C. Approve the special event permit, alcohol permit, noise permit and street closures for the 'Hollerbach's Springfest' to be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017. D.
