Park Avenue, said that he was cited for violation of the noise ordinance. He is concerned with not being able to leave the doors open from 10:00 PM till 2:00 AM. He is willing to comply with the noise ordinance but would like the doors to remain open. City Attorney Colbert asked to be allowed to review this and take it under advisement and bring a report back to the Commission. There was no objection by the Commission. Diane Applegate, a local property manager at 305 E. First Street, said that she manages 15 apartments located over a bar. The music is extremely loud and she is receiving complaints on that as well as the residents having to deal with intoxicated patrons. Police Chief Cecil Smith said that he is meeting with the City Attorney and Code Enforcement to review the circumstances and the facts surrounding this and will follow up with the Commission. 13) CITY COMMISSIONER'S REPORTS Vice Mayor Mahany reminded everyone to RSVP to the email that was received CITY COMMISSION MINUTES APRIL 24, 2017 REGULAR MEETING today pertaining to the Woman's Club Annual Fire and Police Officer's Salute that will be held on May 10, 2017.
