Accept and file the Sanford Airport Authority Financial Report for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2016 and 2015. (WS-1.A) B. Approve the lease with Sanford Airport Authority (SAA) for a proposed new fire station and execution of any and all necessary documents as required; and approve the estimated cost of $95,000 for relocating perimeter fence and the water line for the Airport's first hotel. Approve Resolution No. 2670, declaring a portion of the maintenance berm of a City-owned retention pond as surplus and quit claiming the subject property to MG Real Estate LLC (Father's Table Inc.), such action being taken for economic development purposes. Each speaker is allotted five minutes to speak and may present additional written material. This Citizen Participation is for the City Commission to receive citizen input and comments pertaining to matters over which the City Commission has jurisdiction or control.
