Approve MetroPlan Orlando Funding Agreement for 2017-2018, in the amount of $28,624. (WS-7.C) B. Approve an increase to an existing Blanket Purchase Order to Ten- 8 Fire Equipment Company for apparatus maintenance in the amount of $23,000. C. Approve the application of Aspire Partners, Inc., to utilize the 15' wide north- south alley located between Rose Street and north of E. 4th Street for overflow parking, with the conditions recommended by staff. D. Approve the time change for the already approved event series `Sanford Avenue Block Party' from 4-8 PM to 5-9 PM during the months of August, September, and October 2017. E. Leon Konieczny, Sanford resident, gave a shout out to the CRA for a really well done commercial. He also asked the Commission to consider additional funding for the Police Department in the budgeting process as he would like to see more police presence throughout the community. Lastly, he said that with regards to the fertilizer ordinance, it is a waste of time and is not going to solve the problem. Doreen Freeman, Sanford resident, encouraged the Commission to attend the Seminole County Board of County Commissioners meeting tomorrow to reconsider the location of the Lake Monroe Trail Loop. She handed the clerk a residential petition against existing plans for the loop. Pamela Meharg, Seminole Audubon Society, Conservation Chair provided a letter to the Commission dated today which encourages the adoption of the fertilizer ordinance and asked the Commission to consider supporting the Ordinance.
