Dear Mr. & Mrs. Logan:
On October 12, 2009, the Sanford City Commission approved a Right of Way
Use Agreement (copy enclosed) for G & L Enterprises LLC (dba Dandy
Dogs) to operate a hot dog stand only on the south side of Seminole
Boulevard near Fort Mellon Park. It has been found that Dandy Dogs has
been operating outside the approved area and therefore be advised that per
Section 4 of the ROW Use agreement, the City is hereby terminating the
agreement effective immediately. Dandy Dogs shall cease all operations
and no longer operate a hot dog stand with in any public right of way in
Sanford unless authorized by the City Commission.
