Enclosed is one executed original of Amendment 1 to the City's State Revolving Fund loan
agreement. The amendment annuls the above referenced loan and releases the City, as well as the
Department, from any commitments arising from this agreement. The amendment is now in
effect and no further amendments are anticipated.
The City is free to re -apply for financial assistance under the State Revolving Fund loan program

STATE REVOLVING FUND
AMENDMENT I TO LOAN AGREEMENT DW590190
CITY OF SANFORD
This amendment is executed by the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION (Department) and the CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
existing as a local government agency (Project Sponsor) under the laws of the State of Florida.
The Department and the Project Sponsor entered into a State Revolving Fund Loan Agreement,
Number DW590190, dated June 9, 2017; and
The Project Sponsor has requested to withdraw from the Agreement; and
The Department has no objections to annulling the Agreement.
The Department declares as follows:
1. The Loan Agreement is hereby annulled. All commitments to either party arising
from the Agreement are declared null and void.
2. This action does not preclude the Project Sponsor from re -applying for financial
assistance from the Department for this or any other project.

This Amendment 1 annulling Loan Agreement DW590190 may be executed in two or
more counterparts, any of which shall be regarded as an original and all of which constitute but
one and the same instrument.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Department has caused this amendment to the Loan
Agreement to be executed on its behalf by the Secretary or Designee and the Project Sponsor has
caused this amendment to be executed on its behalf by its Authorized Representative and by its
affixed seal. The effective date of this amendment shall be as set forth below by the Department.
