to Schedule S, Historic Preservation, of the Sanford Land Development Regulations.

Mr. Singeisen called the meeting to order at 5:11 P.M.
Ms. Pat Tyjeski reviewed with the board members the items not completed at the HPB
workshop on 10 -10 -02
Board members made recommendations for the addition or deletion of items and
rewording of items thought to be unclear. Clarifications were made that pertain
specifically to City code.
The 2nd draft including all revisions will be presented to the HPB at a future meeting.
There being no further business, the workshop was adjourned at 7:00 P.M.
