Ms. Lord made the motion to approve. Mr. Dieckhaus made the second. Motion carried 3 -0. Mr. Dieckhaus made the motion to approve as requested. Ms. Lord seconded the motion. Motion carried 2 -1 (Lord). Mr. Ewen made the motion to approve the change of use with a sunset clause, approval is non - transferable and shall apply to a real estate office for current the tenant. Mr. Dieckhaus seconded the motion. Motion carried 3 -0 (Lord). Door Replacement: Mr. Dieckhaus made the motion to approve, noting door to be change to a single lite bevel glass, not art glass, back doors to remain in place. Ms. Lord seconded the motion.
