Note Following Corrections to PM -6 Change of Use: Motion carried 3 -1 (Lord). Chairman & Board's items for Discussion Hank - 13th and Myrtle Ms. Gibbs made the motion to approve. Mr. Dieckhaus made the second. Motion carried 4 -0. Public Meetings PM -1 Address: 1102 Oak Avenue Owner: Joseph & Sheila Mack Request: Replacement of existing metal columns with wood columns. Motion carried 4 -0 Staff Reports Christine: Update of demo of school cafeteria at Student Museum she has contacted the state and received notification that the school is to stop any demo or proposed demo of the structure. Hopper Academy at 1101 Pine Avenue, she is working towards updates with and including architectural plans with a consultant to enable this to be on the national register. It will be a day trip note for the Zora Neale Hurston Festival.
