Public Meetings PM -1 Address: 305 E. 4 Street Property Owner: Jason Turner of Exact Plumbing, Inc. Representative: John Guiliam Request: Final approval for new construction. Ms. Gibbs made the motion to approve noting that the West & South sides were to be trimmed and shuttered to match other facades including transoms; a plan to have visual breaks in the walls on the south elevation is needed. Materials and finishes can approved in house and should be consistent with the architectural style of the structure. Ms. Lord seconded the motion. Motion carried 5 -0. The recommendations regarding Georgetown, packets provided to board members. The sign for Preserve America that will be placed in 3 or 4 locations around the district, input will be needed for placement. Minor Review 6 Month Review Citizen Participation Chairman and Board's Items for Discussion Ms. Lord & Ms. Gibbs - discussion regarding plastic lattice. Mr. Ewen — Comments from people in neighborhood regarding their opinion of HPB. Elections of Chairman and Vice - Chair: Ms. Gibbs nominated Mr. Ewen; he in turn accepted the nomination. Mr. Dieckhaus nominated Ms. Gibbs; she in turn accepted the nomination. All approved. Adjournment There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
