Status: The property owners are in the process of rehabilitating and re- installing the original wood windows. Several windows were too deteriorated to be retained, therefore they will be replaced with ones of new construction, built to match the originals. The window rehabilitation is being performed by CCS Restoration. 709 S. Palmetto Avenue Item: Final approval to paint the exterior of the structure with National Trust paint colors. The proposed scheme consists of Body: Lincoln Cottage Black, Trim: Homestead Resort Antique Lace, and Windows: La Fonda Deep Blue. Status: Application withdrawn. 113 S. Palmetto Avenue Item: Final approval for mothballing of the structure in addition to approval for new windows and doors. Status: Applicant has replaced the windows on the two story contributing structure. 1308 S Magnolia Avenue Item: Final approval for replacement awnings on the front facade. Status: The applicant was denied his request for replacement awnings and has not appealed the decision or submitted another proposal. 305 E. 4th Street Item: Final approval for new construction of a townhome Status: The project is in permitting at this time.
