Magnolia Ave The applicant would like to obtain conceptual approval to resurface back deck and install pergola in utilizing a man -made engineered decking product. Mr. Yebba seconded the motion. Motion carried 3 -0. Public Meetings PM -1 Address: Corner of Commercial Street and N. Palmetto Avenue Property Owner: Wilson Center Inc. Representative: Robert Horian Request: conceptual approval of a six story building comprised of retail and residential units. Mr. Dieckhaus made the motion to conceptually approve the overall scale, mass and height, noting the following: • architectural items to be reviewed periodically as plans are revised. • red brick all the way up. • some sort of architectural features around window. • further information is needed on the dimensions and or features of canopy. • the horizontal banding height should be in line with the adjacent buildings. Mr. Yebba seconded the motion. Motion carried 3 -0. PM -2 Address: 813 Magnolia Avenue Property Owners: Robison, Joseph and Judith Representative: Robison, Judith Request: Conceptual approval for resurfacing of the back deck and to install a pergola. Mr. Yebba made the motion to approve the man made material for the decking; while the pergola Minutes February 27, 2008 Page 2 was approved with natural materials. Mr. Dieckhaus seconded the motion. Motion carried 3 -0 Minor Review 6 Month Review Citizen Participation Staff Reports /Training Brian Nash of 703 Palmetto had Christine ask a the board for a recommendation about vinyl clad windows on his addition.
