Mr. Chen made the motion to approve as submitted. Mr. Dieckhaus seconded the motion. Motion carried 4 -0. Minutes July 23, 2008 Page 2 Minor Review 6 Month Review Citizen Participation Staff Reports /Training Robert Beall of the City Parks and Grounds Division of Public Works made a presentation to the board requesting feedback on a design for the Park on Park located in the historic district. Christine advised the board about a WFME interview that will be aired on a future date regarding the cultural corridor. Chairman and Board's Items for Discussion The board members held a discussion regarding feedback on city projects and their role as a board. The board also discussed the desire to have useful training regarding these issues. Adjournment There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
