Status: Change of windows complete on all facades. 111 W. 6"' Street Item: Approval for changes to the rear entry. Status: Rear entry changes are complete. 309 W. 5 rh Street Item: Approval to change the front entry stairs and add stained glass to the entry door. Status: This item was continued, as the applicant was not present. The applicant expects to have this item reviewed by the board at a future meeting. 307 W. 3Yd Street Item: Approval for a new building on the south end of the site. Status: The project site plan is currently in engineering review. Magnolia Square Item: Approval for installation of a shade structure in the square. Status: This project is on hold due to financial constraints. 1101 S Park-Avenue Item: Approval to extend the front porch, remove columns, and install vinyl shutters. Status: The applicant is working with an architect to create construction documents for permitting. 1214 S Myrtle Avenue Item: Approval to construct a detached garage. Status: The applicant has put this project on hold until a later date.
