The meeting reconvened at 4:30 P.M. The Board reviewed the sketch of the proposed mural which
depicted the history of Sanford and discussed the project further with Patricia Watley and the artist
that will be teaching the class.
The Board voted unanimously to approve the mural with condition that either the mural be removed
from the fence by the first of February, 2002, or the fence to be moved to the rear of the property and
another white fence be erected in the front of the property by February 1, 2002.
