Although it may be a code violation, Commissioner Mahany said that she is aware that Mr. Gibson has been working with a resident in her community that has been remodeling and asked him to look into the length of time that a dumpster may be left in the yard during a remodel. Commissioner Williams asked how long it will be before the City is really going to consider putting a Community Center on the east side.
